The luxury new-build home will deliver over 13,900 sq ft in interior space with five ensuite bedrooms, a gym, sauna, steam room and pool.
In addition, it will feature a garage, car turntable, games room, cinema room and music room.
The deal - which takes CapitalRise past the £500m origination milestone - was originated by director Katy Katani with the introduction coming from Samuel Kalms, director at Kalms Property Finance.
